I travel a lot with my business but I have a family at home and I like to be able to share pictures and messages with them. The problem is that those things took up so much of my email that they were conflicting with business. Then my son (internet whizz) had the idea to start our own website to share all of our family mementos. We started with a few of the free web hosting companies, but, our site seemed like it was down almost daily. Those web hosting companies just couldn’t handle the amount of storage space that we needed for our website. Then we discovered the VodaHost web hosting company. VodaHost is a paid web host but their prices are so low that the cost is definitely worth the service. The customer service folks at VodaHost got us online with their service in no time. All I need to do was point and click and it's easy to keep there. VodaHost web hosting let’s me stay in touch with my wife, kids, and extended family no matter where work may lead. And, with their 99%+ guaranteed up-time, I don't miss a minute even though I am on the road. I do my business in person, but, my family album is now online. My son’s great idea was realized by VodaHost. Always reliable and safe at a great price with customer service that's always been there. VodaHost is the only web hosting company I trust with our family treasures!

Affordable e-commerce in the web hosting world I’m a young entrepreneur and my passion for shopping led me to open up a clothes store online. I did a lot of research for a web hosting company before I began but I was a little unhappy with their customer services. For my first site, I chose an expensive web hosting company and paid an extortionate price for a web designer to build and design my site. During a clothes retailer convention I bumped into someone who says they had no previous knowledge of web design but managed to build their own e-commerce site using Soholaunch. I received her contact details and information about her web hosting company, after some research her web hosting company sounded perfect to all my needs! The customer support team were very helpful in setting up my web hosting account and guided me through it step by step. The customer support team were friendly and professional and were responsive to my every little requirement even if sometimes they were really basic web hosting questions. They explained to me about the unlimited domains and free transfers which is perfect for me to migrate my other businesses over. The technical support staff assisted me in the migration process and offered me advice on all the unique features. This web hosting company truly is second to none. For the services offered both by staff and products I imagined I’d need to pay through the roof but I found the prices were some of the lowest when compared to other web hosting companies. The web hosting company also offers an extensive help section that isn’t just your usual knowledge base but also includes a very active forum where you can talk to real people or search for problems similar to yours. As I’m fairly new to web designing I encountered loads of little HTML and CSS problems, I loved the little “How to” articles on the forums and the quick help I’d receive either from the great community members or the very friendly technical staff. Truly they are a web hosting company that is perfect for the people who are new to web hosting like myself!

After purchasing web hosting services from VodaHost, I am happy to write this review about the company. I’ve been a customer of the VodaHost web hosting company for the past 6 months and I reckon that there is no other web hosting provider that truly serves web hosting at such an affordable price. Now, there IS a big difference between cheap and affordable services; Cheap services can be inferior in quality and make me a little wary but an affordable service is that which is lower in cost maintaining the quality of services all the way. I’ve used a lot of the features like unlimited POP3 email, anti-spam and anti-virus. The most desirable feature called “web hosting reliability” is taken care of by VodaHost themselves. You can contact the customer support team of VodaHost quickly and easily for any problems that you might face. They get back to you pretty quickly too and generally have a good idea why it is that your site is down or what mistake you’ve made where with your web hosting. When I came across VodaHost it took me little time to believe that the web hosting services would actually be that reasonable in price. Then since I was fairly new to this field I thought that I would keep my bets low and safe. Think it was the reasonable price that got me to take up the services of VodaHost. So far the gamble I chanced on VodaHost is paying off. I have been provided with very good web hosting services by VodaHost. In the months whenever I have faced problems, VodaHost technical experts haven’t taken much time to get to helping me in the best possible manner even though my English sometimes is not very good. Though I do not have much technical knowledge about field of publishing web pages, the people at this web hosting company have been very understanding and considerate to solve my problems in whatever best ways. I could not have asked for more from VodaHost.

PICTURE PERFECT I signed up with VodaHost because, as a photographer from a rural area, it is important for me to be able to market my work online. I had previously left a web hosting company because the downtime nearly seemed to outweigh the up time. It’s difficult to be able to market my work without a reliable web hosting company. I’ve kinda hit the ground running with VodaHost web hosting, complete with reliable up time and professional service people who really seem to want to help. I really enjoying being able to display my photography at an international level and VodaHost, my web hosting company, has made that possible for me. I enjoy the opportunity to showcase my photos in a professional and creative setup which gives the buyer the opportunity to browse through my site in a user-friendly atmosphere. With VodaHost web hosting I got a ton of features that I have been able to implement to better market and sell my work. The web hosting assistance I received when I began with VodaHost was irreplaceable in my opinion! I’m happy to say that I have had several orders from the United States as well as overseas and have even been complimented on my site! The shopping carts makes it easy for my buyers and just as I appreciate good customer service from my web hosting provider, I know my buyers appreciate the easy way to shop online that my site has provided for them. With my business expanding in online sales, I once again am grateful to VodaHost that I don’t have to struggle with a web hosting company that cannot keep the up time stable. I am also grateful that my web hosting questions are answered relatively quickly by VodaHost if I do stumble over something with which I need help. It has been a great beginning and I feel confident that it will be a long and prosperous relationship with VodaHost this web hosting company. I first put my business on the net five years and often wondered if I was expecting too much from Web hosting companies. All of them seemed eager to take your money and get you signed up but after that they seemed to disappear into mid-air. I constantly changed my web hosting account every year in the hope that it was going to get better and it was not till I reached VodaHost that I finally found a reliable web hosting company that I am considering staying with. I know a lot of my friends think I am very demanding when it comes to web hosting however my livelihood depends on it. I have three e-commerce sites on one web hosting account with Vodahost. Those three websites need to have an uptime of at least 99% and Vodahost fulfills my expectations of web hosting in every way. I can even add more websites to my current Vodahost account with no extra charge. The customer support department of Vodahost has always returned my tickets about my web hosting account within 24 hours and if I feel like educating myself then I just head to the Vodahost online knowledge database which explains everything about web hosting in an ABC fashion. I don’t really understand the difference between CGI, and PHP so I loathe web hosting companies that have to talk in internet jargon all the time as they know most of their customers are just the average man on the street trying to make a living. Vodahost has obviously realized this and have taken the time out to adjust their marketing plan to it. This is why they appeal to me. If Vodahost carry on with the current service that they are giving then I will definitely be keeping my web hosting account with them. I have tried a few companies and so far Vodahost has been the most professional . Thumbs up for Vodahost.

I want to share my experience with other people who are looking to get a decent web hosting company for hosting their websites. I am an eBay power seller that also has a blog on BlogSpot. I wanted to create another un-connected site that promotes and reviews my products (I sell T-shirts, cups, mugs, key chains, and jewelry) as well as my friends’ products too. I hired a web designer here in Modesto, CA. He was able to give me a well-designed 10-page site and a design for my blog. After I created the website, all I needed was a good web hosting company to host my site with. My web designer mentioned VodaHost and I decided to try them out. I found that they have a great annual deal for hosting which works out at under eight bucks a month. I also registered my domain name with them (Free domain registration is included in the annual package)! I know many hosting providers soon disappear from the market, and I cannot count on their support. But I feel from my dealings with them that VodaHost are a reliable web hosting people with years of experience in the field. I needed good and fast technical support too, so I decided to choose VodaHost because of the knowledge-base, support forum and video tutorials on the website. My advice to you if you are looking for something similar: try web hosting with VodaHost! Actually I had my site files on my USB pen drive and I uploaded them to the VodaHost and then I misplaced my pen drive somewhere. Then I asked for their support to email me the website files and they let me know how I could access the files already uploaded through FTP and it worked fine for me. My overall experience with VodaHost has been positive and I would recommend them to my friends and customers. I have more upcoming websites to be hosted and I will definitely be hosting them with VodaHost!

I work in a software house and I have come across a lot of web hosting companies. I was introduced to VodaHost as a web hosting company, though I had already heard about the BlueVoda, when I recently got a short project from a customer to change the theme of his site that was using VodaHost as its web host. I worked in that site for some time and I really liked the user friendly cPanel of VodaHost. As our boss always says “a web hosting company is known by the Cpanel they keep.” It was quite an impressive first experience. The main thing to notice is that the VodaHost cPanel comes with Joomla and Drupal support, which make it really easy for a professional like me to work with that web hosting company. After that I’ve decided to use VodaHost as my future web hosting company. Now I manage a number of sites in VodaHost, using multiple sites on single account is an additional and a feature worth of VodaHost worth appraising of and it’s a really nice experience to use them as a web host; The high speed, the close-to-full uptime of the server as is claimed by Voda host, leave no space for any complaints and that’s what’s needed in a good web hosting company. I’ve worked with sites hosted with various web hosting companies and I’ve often had to face complaints from customers regarding their site being down, or slow to load or the error messages that pop up and won’t go away. But since I’ve been using VodaHost as a permanent web host in my software house the complaints have reduced drastically. When I’m in contact with the tech support people of VodaHost I always get a very positive reply from the support center unlike some other web hosting companies I’ve dealt with. And the VodaHost assistance forum is also worth mentioning due to its professional board. And now I even refer my customers to the VodaHost assistance forum to have their general and minor questions regarding VodaHost web hosting solved. I’ve been using Yahoo hosting for some of my customers and with their limited web space and limited bandwidth, I now realized that I was paying much more than what that web hosting company was providing me. Using the $7ish package of VodaHost, I am getting unlimited web space along with unlimited bandwidth and all that’s with a very high speed server. What else do you really need in a web hosting company? It’s the perfect choice for me and all my clients.

More features for less money I am a work-at-home mom and I do business on the internet selling children’s products. For me, this business is my bread and butter; therefore, I was looking for a reliable web hosting company to transfer my domain and web hosting too. This is when I stumbled upon the VodaHost web hosting service. I really am very pleased with VodaHost. Their high uptime is something that is really useful to me. I was using services of another web hosting company (who shall remain nameless!) and their uptime was more like up-and-down time. As a result of this I think I lost a bunch of business. Now that I’m with these guys I have got a good web hosting company and stable business. I think I should tell you about their customer support. The customer support of VodaHost is really good and efficient. How many times have you been put on hold by the customer support people of one company or another (web hosting company or not)? These guys deliver prompt help through e-mail-like support tickets so while there is a little wait for a response you’re not paying through-the-nose for the phone bill. VodaHost web hosting company also provides you with various additional features like plug-ins, flash players, etc. I’ve made use of all these tools and am quite happy with the results. Have you ever been charged any hidden fees by other web hosting company? I was earlier; this is not the case with VodaHost. There are no hidden costs with VodaHost. They clearly tell you about the cost of their services and don’t charge even a single penny more than that and the invoice is straightforward and easy to pay. I paid through PayPal.

A few while ago I decided to look into designing a website to enhance my growing larger ladies clothing business. To be frank I wasn’t very up on that sort of thing, and decided to do a little research before I started. After a few days of researching I was only a little more enlightened then I was before I started, some of the terms and jargon the web hosting companies used were a little confusing for a beginner like me! I carried on regardless, getting it as to be said – nowhere! Eventually I stumbled upon this web hosting company called VodaHost. I didn’t understand everything the VodaHost web hosting package offered, but I did understand the majority of what VodaHost web hosting provided. Unlike the other web hosting sites I visited, VodaHost did make it very clear (in clear English) what you got in you’re package. I had my doubts but decided to have a go – and hey what do you know – I only managed it! I am so proud of myself (ha!), I designed my web pages – and yeah it took me a while, but I got the hang of it eventually! BlueVoda the free website building tool to create website I got with VodaHost was a great, so was my free domain name, and so was the great price of the package! My one quibble would be that some of my questions were answered in techno-language which I didn't understand and meant I had to e-mail again to get the answer diluted down. They'd usually point me to the video tutorial which answered my question. So, to be fair, they probably were no worse and a lot better then most of the web hosting companies on the net. I have a great website, and I’m really pleased – I would recommend VodaHost to anyone.

VodaHost web hosting, for me, has always been excellent. The web hosting package you get when you sign up with VodaHost is complete and leaves nothing to be desired (uh, could be free I suppose :p) I feel informed with VodaHost, especially about all the features I can get because there is a really good web hosting knowledge base and tutorials. I got to read . I didn't use the BlueVoda website builder to build my site but I did use FrontPage and y'know what? VodaHost web hosting had tutorials for that program too. They really walk you through the whole process, from buying your domain name through it's setup and how to redirect using the cPanel, even have tutorials on how to use the SohoLaunch management system. The customer support of VodaHost has always been helpful even though it does sometimes take them a few hours to get back to you on whatever particular web hosting problem you may have ('cause it's a ticket system -- but it means I'm not on the phone for ages). I'm very happy with VodaHost web hosting and recommend their web hosting to anyone if you want a trouble free ride through the web hosting world. Go on VodaHost!

I have been with VodaHost for less than a week and I have just been banned from their support forum for asking too many questions!!! I have not been rude, used bad language or used the forum for anything other than general support. So I can only assume that I am the victim of some kind of meglamania. I have spent 4 days trying to configure my first site with them only to find myself with no further support. Luckily there are plenty more hosts waiting to take my money who have a more logical approach to customer service. If you dont need support you will probably get on well with VH as it is cheap and packed with great features and I really like their Blue Voda software. Just dont ask too many questions or else.
