I've used HostMonster web hosting for a few years now - probably 4 years. I'm on box 32 from what I understand. HostMonster has great tech support by email when I've requested. I've never had to get on the phone with them. The HostMonster web builder is quite easy to use and the file manager is easy. HostMonster's control panel is cpanel which I love! It's easy to setup a new site with the add-on domains. We have 9 different sites on our plan now and I'll probably use them for all future sites. I used to have a plan with a web host that went out of business and deleted all my sites and files without warning so it's nice to have a stable web hosting service finally. Hope you get the same great service I have over the years.

HostMonster failed to inform my company that they changed our static IP address in response to a DOS attack. THAT took our company email offline for two days. Today, AGAIN, they switched the IP back, WITHOUT letting us know. AGAIN corp email went down while we sorted out what we expected they would fail to do again. FAIL FAIL FAIL ...canceling service from them once I decide who to switch to.

Other can be cheap but they ever give us option to choose hosting for what we need, I love hostmonster and recommended to all of you to use their service. Istanto http://www.istanto.net

Every few weeks, I have trouble updating my web site because their server resets in the middle of an update. Their customer service keeps trying to shift the blame on comcast. On me. On my computer. On Bill Clinton. On everybody except their own system.
