These guys are awful! We have had so many problems and received insulting customer service, I am at your site trying to find a new host. The cost is $12.95 per month or something like that, but it hides the hours and hours you will spend with their helpless customer service people. They have LOST 3-5 days of web stats for us every month. They have CORRUPTED e-mail accounts, causing us to fail to respond to member requests. Today, they trashed access to our MySQL database. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!

ABSOLUTELY HORRID!! I have hosting with Lunar Pages and Blue Domino. A month hasn't gone by without their server going down. Support consists of, "We're aware of this problem and working on it." There are so many hosting choices out there.....stay away from this one!

Service continues to degrade. Have had Extreme acct of almost a year. Last 5 days, my site has been down part of the day...no http, no ftp and today, no MySql...will try to fix in 24 hrs! Will be moving my website soon.

If it is true you get what you pay for then Blue Domino should pay it's customers for keeping them in business. Constant increase in server downtime, incompetent support, delinquent e-mail delivery (up to 3 days), and false advertising of backup capabilities. Recently all e-mail was lost due to server hard drive crash. No backup or RAID system in place. Run away…run away!

Bad, bad, bad, bad experience. We have lost all e-mail for several accounts. This is the second time in four months. They claim to have an 99.9% uptime guarantee but it doesn't mean anything because they can't keep anything running. The spam to our e-mail accounts has increased EXPONENTIALLY since we moved to Blue Domino. I would never recommend their hosting to anyone.

I posted a very negative review under their extreme acct section, so you can imagine what their 'cheap' service is like. I've been trying to get a refund for a few weeks now, but typical horrible service. Anyone want to start a class action lawsuit against these guys, let me know. For them to claim 99.9% uptime is very very very FALSE advertising.

I had 4 separate sites hosted with Blue Domino and have cancelled three because of their horrible service. From duplicate emails to not receiving all of them, they had no answers other than they are working hard on correcting them. Great to explain to a client that I didn't get that important email you sent me. Now trying to get a refund will probably be another excrutiating process. I'd stay away from this company.

The one hour setup is a lie. My site was not up or accessible for two days. For several months, they were unable to access my account to determine why there were so many email problems, even though the site was up and running and accessible by anyone with a web browser. They couldn`t find it in their system. Emails to support and the president of the company went unanswered. Their email servers are extremely unreliabl as well.
